Who is IdeaCamp aimed for?

Anyone who has an idea for an online venture/app, and who is willing to go through the process to see it come to life. So we are looking at techies, but also at MBA students, innovators, marketers etc. 

What is the connection between IdeaCamp and Business Beat?

IdeaCamp will introduce the concept of Business Beat in more detail, and it will give you a good idea of how the Business Beat's teams will be put together, and what what kind of funding will be available to the best teams.

But the main focus of IdeaCamp is to talk about the opportunities and obstacles of creating online apps in South Africa.  It is meant ot inspire you and give you the confidence to launch an online venture if you have already been thinking of doing so.
